The following are the steps that need to be completed in this order to receive your certification/authorization to operate a Berea College owned utility or Golf cart. You have 2 weeks from the date of enrollment to have all paperwork turned into me my office is in Hafner Gibson building Rm 106. DO NOT send your completed paperwork thru the CPO. - View cart safety video
- Review the cart safety policy
- Complete written test - you will have only 2 attempts to take the test, you will not be certified if you fail the second attempt.

Print out acknowledgement and Drivers Skill test form and do the following:

Sign the acknowledgement for on the operators signature line.

Advise your supervisor that you are ready to take the cart driving skills test.

Using the utility cart skills test section complete your driving test with your supervisor.
6.Turn in the signed acknowledgement / Driving Skills form to your supervisor.
