The purpose of this course is to guide Labor Supervisors to a better understanding about the Labor Program and to understand the unique role supervisors have as leaders and practical educators. A variety of topics will be covered in this general overview of the Labor Program using the Labor Supervisor Orientation Manual as a basis for all discussions.
