The Leadership Development Training addresses the continuous need of the student body at Berea College to acquire tangible and transferable skills that will enable them to practice the fourth great commitment by doing work well done. With direct contribution from students’ supervisors, the program also strives to identify, recognize, and empower rising leaders in their labor positions by enabling them with the necessary skills to become student managers. In addition, the Leadership Development Training strives to become a requirement for students who will eventually pursue a manager position.
